Some of our resellers/partners have relayed to us that UC+ clients are running slow for some of their customers.
After some investigation, it seems the call records table is growing too large and needs to be reduced.
We are planning to reduce this to 7 days; therefore call history within the UC+ client will contain only the last 7 days of call history data.
If you require a longer call history, it will of course still be available on the hosted portal under Reports > Call History.
We understand that most UC+ users do not use the call history feature, but for those that do, they will need to be notified of the coming changes.
We anticipate this will be an intrusive maintenance that will last 1 hour starting from 5 pm on Thursday 14th July.
