Work is required in order to improve our systems.

Monday night between 21:00 - 00:00 we will be carrying out
essential systems update.

This maintenance is classed as at low risk.

We are performing upgrades at the data centers to improve traffic balancing across our sites.

We are not expecting this to be service-affecting. However, due to the work being undertaken an at-risk notification is being given.

Tuesday, 10 January 2023 between 21:00 - 00:00

Work is required in order to improve our systems.

Tuesday night between 21:00 - 00:00 we will be carrying out essential systems update.

This maintenance is classed as at low risk.

Jan 08 2023 between 12:00 - 14:00

We will be updating links within our Enfield servers.

This is a non-disruptive upgrade.

We will be upgrading the interconnection link between ENF DC and THN DC. No service impact is expected.

Tuesday, 29 November between 21:00 - 00:00

Work is required in order to improve our systems.

Tuesday night between 21:00 - 00:00 we will be carrying out systems update.

This maintenance is classed as at low risk.

Dear Partners,

NTA will be upgrading major components of our core network equipment to enhance and upgrade the network capacity and resilience.

We are expecting this work to take between 7-9 hours, during which the following services will be affected:

VF Lease lines BT Lease lines Glide Lease Lines BT PDSL ENTANET Lease Lines DIALR Wireless Lease Lines All other primary VOIP services are duplicated in ENF

This work may also cause disruptions to call traffic, BLF's and other provisioning tools whilst the work is being carried out.

Notifications will also be sent out informing you of the progression through this period and upon completion of the work.

We will be replacing some ETH cables with fibres as a part of the previous maintenance and will also reboot one of our servers.

Affected services:

• UC+
• centreon
• ntp server
• voipmonitor
• All other services should be fine as there is a duplicate server in THN.
