29 July 2021 at 7:00 PMThe Firmware upgrade for the Model D40 & E50 phones will be rolled out tonight to fix previously identified issues. However whilst doing our testing it has been identified that:
~ In auto-headset mode:
Outbound calls- The headset button does not light up when you initiate the call by pressing OK or DIAL.
The headset button does light up correctly on inbound calls, and if you initiate an outbound call by pressing the headset button.
~ In normal (not-auto-headset) mode:
Outbound calls- Speaker key does not light up when you initiate a call by pressing OK or DIAL.
Loudspeaker button does light up correctly on inbound calls, and if you initiate an outbound call by pressing the loudspeaker button."
The manufacture has been able to replicate the issue and will be working with their research and development department for a future update.
