On Thursday 1st April we will be testing our system disaster recovery platform. Inbound calls for a duration of about 15 min between 23:00 - 00:00 will be diverting to the backup destinations configured under your/your customer's accounts in Features Advanced -> Disaster Recovery. This test is to ensure that if an issue on our network were to occur, calls would be successfully forwarded to the backup destinations.
Outbound calls will not be affected by this test. This is NOT an April fools joke and will be a yearly occurrence going forward.
